  I sent my husband to get dinner at Burger King (1201 N. Commerce; Ardmore, OK). He ordered 2 chili dogs, 2 double cheeseburgers mayonnaise and ketchup only, and a low carb bacon cheeseburger. First they were out of chili, so they substituted with 2 cheeseburgers (no biggie). But how are you going to advertise something and not have it? Second instead of 2 double cheeseburgers mayonnaise and ketchup only he got 1 hamburger and 1 cheeseburger. Third when he inquired about the low carb burger not having a lettuce wrap the cook got extremely rude and through a handful of lettuce in the container. While he continued to mouth off using some very colourful language. Fourth as my husband was exiting out the door both the cashier and the cook were mouthing and being extremely disrespectful.
  
  When I called to complain the manager on duty told me she had heard some of what was going on from the back and had spoken to the two gentlemen. I told her that was nice but I wanted to speak to corporate. She informed me that this location is a franchisee and gave me the local number.
  
  I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks now and have not gotten an answer or a call back. I find this completely unprofessional and we will NEVER go back to this establishment.
  
  And yes I have their names. I am very proud of my husband for taking the high road and walking away.
